Investing in building open and enduring relationships with our candidates is fundamental to PharmaEdge business philosophy. We are therefore constantly reviewing the range of value-added services which make up our candidate care package.

Transparent margins: Unlike some consultancies, PharmaEdge adopts a totally open policy to margins with both our clients and our candidates. We feel this to be a major contributor to the trust and long-lasting relationships we develop with our partners: in short PharmaEdge understand their value, and they recognize the contribution we make to their business.

Our consultants follow a search process that is designed with candidate and client in mind. Candidates are informed, briefed, coached and advised during the process from the first approach until placement or declined for that assignment (only one candidate is usually appointed) and beyond. We put great emphasis on maintaining regular relationships with a talent pool of candidates during their whole professional career who would be motivated to move for the right career progression.

Although we work for our clients to find the best match for specific assignments, our consultants are “neutral” brokers between client and candidate and will always act in the best interest of both.

Most of our work is confidential, therefore we do not advertise roles on our website but we are always pleased to receive details from candidates looking for new opportunities or who would like to develop a relationship with us.
